It appears that the work I did for "The Border - Season 1" has been nominated for "Best Convergent New Media" at the 2009 Canadian Film and Television Producers Association Awards.

My part in this project was to create a mobile based contest that allowed users to snap a picture of a QR Code on the camera phone and have it's decoded message enter them into a contest.

Of course, The Border is up against Taste Buds, which is produced by the great team at marblemedia, where I used to work. I'm not sure who I'll actually be cheering for! Good luck to everyone.
